Surrey (DeRS)

Before making a referral please check carefully the referral guidelines to ensure that you are referring to the most appropriate service. Check the address of the patient’s GP as you may need to refer outside Surrey.

All dental pathways, orthodontics, dental alveolar, oral medicine, suspected cancer, paediatric and special care (the Community Dental Service) are now referred via DeRS.  This replaces all previous referral guidance issued under clause 261/260 of your General Dental Services Contract/Personal Dental Services Agreement. Any paper referrals for patients registered with a Kent, Surrey or Sussex GP will be returned which will delay patients accessing care.

Access the support link on DeRS to view user guides (including a video guide) and other resources. A help desk is available should you require any further assistance. Vantage Diagnostics +44 (0) 2079935870  http://referral.management
